Our Mission & Goals

Here we Grow LLC is bringing Modern Farming to the City of St Louis Missouri. Here We Grow will use modern farm systems to deliver local food to business located within the greater St Louis area. We are creating a scalable model for growing leafy greens and culinary herbs. We can stage our production to deliver high quality consistent produce on a weekly basis. Scaling would include building additional structures, while taking advantage of the decreased cost of goods sold and labor costs through economies of scale. The goal is to proof our initial systems and model in phase one and then continue to expand into a second phase by constructing additional controlled environments. The timeline of our expansion will be determined on profitability, market demand, and the success of our first controlled environmental system. Growing in controlled environments is the future of food. We would be the first local wholesaler of produce in the City of St Louis.

Our Growing Facility

Our growing facility will be located in the river north neighborhood of St. Louis city. Our 4,000 sq. ft. facility will include a hybrid hydroponics and aquaponics DWC growing system. This controlled environment facility will provide leafy greens and culinary herbs directly to businesses like restaurants, catering companies, senior living homes, and more.  

COLABORATIONS 

Within our site in River North, Here We Grow has space for collaborations with local organizations and educational programs by renting space and collaborating to accomplish mutual goals.
